Full Day in the UK covers ten hours and includes private online gallery hosting plus all film developing and in-house scanning. For celebrations spread over more than one day, Multi-day Celebrations adds a rehearsal dinner or other event to the same ten hour wedding day.

How much does wedding photography cost?

Coverage is quoted per wedding rather than published, because length, travel, additional events and add-ons all change the total. Send your date and venue and you will receive an individual quote.

Do you cover elopements and micro weddings?

Yes. Short Coverage runs hourly from two to six hours, which suits intimate elopements and micro weddings.

What is The Moving Image?

Real analogue Super 8 wedding film, shot on vintage Super 8 cameras. It is genuine cine film rather than a digital effect, and it can be added to any coverage.

Do you photograph weddings abroad?

Yes. International Weddings often run across multiple days and events, and each one is planned as a bespoke arrangement quoted individually.

What happens between booking and the wedding day?

Five stages: enquiry, then a discovery conversation, then pre-wedding planning covering the timeline and locations, then the wedding day, then curation and editing before final delivery.

Is film developing included, or charged separately?

Included. Every package covers all film developing plus in-house scanning and processing, and private online gallery hosting.

Method

I take a documentary-led approach to weddings. I want to create layered, natural photographs that feel like they could have been taken by a friend who was there with you. Images that remind you how it felt, not just what it looked like.

I would rather photograph what people are doing than simply photograph people. Most of the day is spent watching and anticipating, without interrupting what is happening.

When it comes to portraits, I use gentle art direction. The aim is to create beautiful photographs that have a real sense of the place you are in, without taking you away from your wedding.
